Chris Morris has got to be one of the most motivated and upbeat people that I have ever met!

I have not came across anyone who has such an in-depth knowledge on nutrition & exercise as Chris. With his well-planned Group PT Session & advice/guidance on nutrition, I was able achieve a goal that a year ago I thought was impossible. I lost body fat from 19% to 11.5 % (35 inches waist to 28 inches) in less than a year. I am enjoying the confidence boost & looking forward to working towards the next goals which we have set.

I started training at the beginning of April and felt welcomed and fit right in straight away. The hardest part at the beginning was taking part in strenuous exercise and trying not to throw up, which, in the beginning, was tough. But I persevered and almost straight away I was seeing results. I was weight training generally 3 times a week with the odd cardio session here and there. By the end of the first month I’d dropped a stone. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Although I was dieting, it didn’t feel like I was. I never starved myself nor did I ever feel hungry. I followed this same plan for 6 months and dropped a further 3 stone. A total of 4 stone in just 6 months. I became so much happier in myself. My clothes had changed, my body confidence had changed, but most importantly, my outlook on food had changed. When you’re the weight I was, it had to be a total lifestyle change to maintain all the hard work I’d put in. I was able to track calories Monday to Friday and go out for dinner and drinks on the weekend and maintain what I had achieved. I’d found that right balance – Total Weight Loss 6 Stone!

I started training with Clear Fitness in July 2017. I had never been in a gym before, however with support from the personal trainers I began to lose weight and feel much better in myself.
In February 2018 I needed a challenge so I signed up for the 12 week body transformation.
I tracked calories, drank 2 litres of water per day, walked 10,000 steps daily and trained 3x weekly.
I won’t say it was easy but with hard work, determination and support from both trainers and other members I began to see results.
It felt good to be challenged and great to see how my body changed in 12 weeks.

As a physiotherapist myself I am familiar with the importance of exercise but I don’t mind admitting that my fitness had significantly waned before meeting Chris and Jordan. The usual combination of a busy work life couple with looking after young family meant that my own health and fitness had plummeted.

Within 12-weeks my shirts were starting to feel tighter… but around my shoulders and not to stomach. In short, I can’t thank Clear Fitness enough as I’m heading towards my 39th birthday and am the fitness I’ve been in years. Next stop 40 and I fully plan on being THE fittest I have ever been with Chris and Jordan’s continued guidance.

I started off attending bootcamps with Chris, which are always fun & I feel great after them. They can be tough but working out with a good team that all push each other, really helps. I then moved on to personal training sessions. I was close to a size 14 & felt very self-conscious (I’d always been a size 8 to 10) so I asked Chris for some additional help. He gives great diet advice & is always there to help when you need it. PT sessions are tough but I’m so much fitter & stronger than I ever imagined I could be. I’m still continuing training with Chris & I’m now back in my size 8 jeans.

I have always regularly attended a gym but found I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. So I joined up with Clear Fitness in January 2016 and I’ve not looked back.

I had joined gyms before from the age of 16 but never until I joined Clear Fitness have I ever achieved and maintained such amazing results. Although how I look is important, the impact being healthy and strong has had on my body is probably the most relevant to me. I can now bend down and stand up with no pain, a serious back injury I suffered from no longer bothers me, and I can take part in so many more activities without worrying I’ll be too unfit. All of this has been done working with knowledgeable trainers who don’t just focus on exercise but the holistic whole of achieving results through diet, nutrition and health. I would like to thank my trainer at Clear Fitness, as I have benefitted a lot from my personal training sessions over the past 4 weeks.

Before I started, I explained to my trainer that I needed a specific program that related to my job (professional footballer). I needed a lot of explosive & endurance based sessions, Chris gave great variety in both types of work & also planned circuits which were very beneficial for me. I received helpful nutrition advice from my trainer about good snack foods & the times of day to have them. I started training with Chris at Clear Fitness in January 2014, weighing in at 119 Kilos (18.7 stones). Nine months after starting with him, I’m currently weighing in at 91 Kilos (14.3 stones) which means that throughout the period I’ve consistently dropped about 0.8kg a week & 28kg in total.

The progress I’ve seen is due to a number of factors, but in no small part due to the consistent support & guidance from Chris, which has given me both the confidence & the motivation to genuinely believe that I could achieve what initially seemed like an impossible fitness target.

I have been attending Clear Fitness sessions for over 6 months now, & I have found a level of fitness which I thought I’d left back in my 20’s. I thought playing football had afforded me a level of satisfactory fitness for a man of 34, but I was very much mistaken. The varied sessions have improved all aspects of my fitness such as stamina, core strength & flexibility. The sessions differ in their content which not only spreads-out the work to all parts of the body but also assists in the sessions being very enjoyable. Clear Fitness bootcamps are honestly the best exercise sessions I have ever done! I always used to find it really hard to drag myself to the gym but with Chris’ bootcamps I feel much more motivated. The sessions aren’t easy by any means but you feel great afterwards & no two sessions are ever the same so you never get bored! My friend & I also did personal training sessions with Chris & the results were fab so much so that we’re going to sign up for another block session next month!
