What did you feel like before starting with Clear Fitness?
Before joining, I hadn’t been to a gym in years. I felt tired all the time and wasn’t happy with my body. I decided 6 months ago I needed to change and found Clear Fitness. I was apprehensive at first as I’d never weight trained before but I didn’t need to worry! The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging – as are the clients.
What has the past 6 months been like for you?
I trained with Clear Fitness for around 3 months learning the basics and how to lift correctly and then I did the 12 week transformation, training 3-4 times a week and tracked my calories – nothing fancy or drastic. I’ve lost over 7% body fat and over 5kg in just 12 weeks. I never felt like I was dieting and I feel so much better in myself. I have more energy, feel healthier and I am so much happier. I never thought I’d be the type of person to love going to the gym but this is no ordinary gym – it’s a community, one I’m proud to be part of and I love it!
