TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS

These sessions run with up to 10 members all sweating it out whilst working towards similar goals of getting fitter, stronger and leaner. The atmosphere is electric with everyone working hard and pushing each other to become that little bit better every day.

Team Training is aimed at busy Men and Women who are looking to lose weight, tone up and fit back into their favourite clothes.
